Membership registration

The NRTF invites associate membership of organisations working within the Rural Touring sector. This can include, among others, Venues, Performers, Artists, Producers, Festivals and other bodies associated with rural performing.

To apply for membership, please go through the Shop, selecting Associate Membership, adding it to your basket and proceeding to checkout.

We recommend not purchasing other items whilst buying membership as other products may be subsequently found at a discounted rate once membership has been approved.

The checkout process will require you to create a user name and password. This will become your access details for the NRTF site.

It's important to note that once you have set up access details to the NRTF website, you must complete the purchase of membership to trigger the approval process.

The approval process is carried out manually by a member of the NRTF team. This can take up to two weeks and access to members only areas of the site will not be possible until approval is granted.

Payments can be made online via Paypal (using a Credit Card or Paypal account). It's also possible to pay by cheque or via an invoice from NRTF. The approval process can not be completed until the payment has been cleared.

You will be notified via email once membership has been granted. If membership is rejected a full refund will be given.

Please note:

Membership approval is at the discretion of the NRTF office and the NRTF are not obliged to provide reasons for the rejecting membership.
