About

GENRE STORYTELLING FOR YOUNG ADULT AUDIENCES. Led by Mark Finbow, The Keepers Daughter works throughout East Anglia, and beyond, partnering with arts organisations to develop new pieces of theatre and film. The company has worked in partnership with organisations including Eastern Angles, Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds, The Garage, Creative Arts East, Norwich Arts Centre, Vivacity Key Theatre and The Seagull Theatre.

The Keeper’s Daughter was resident company at The Corn Hall from 2012 - 2017. The company offered regular arts opportunities for young people, produced a number of community shows and toured productions to rural venues. The company now produces genre-specific new writing for studio theatre and continues to explore theatre in found spaces, including their annual production of A Christmas Carol at Biddy’s Tea Room.

Their latest rural touring show, The Time Machine, will tour community halls, found spaces and theatres from Autumn 2021.

The Keeper's Daughter was founded by Mark Finbow and Emma Martin and is currently based at The Nave, Norwich.
