Profile:Lisa Heywood

Lisa Heywood is a social folk dance caller with over 10 years of experience teaching dances at events large and small. She is known for her creative and enthusiastic style, and aims to make every dance as inclusive as possible. Lisa’s calling career started in the English Ceilidh scene, but has expanded to include Contra Dances (US), English Country Dances and Scottish Ceilidh. She has a varied repertoire of traditional and self-penned dances – including ones especially written to be done at home by one or more people.
