Eventotron were speakers at our Schemes meeting on Tuesday 25th May, for those of you who couldn’t make it, here is a brief summary about who they are and what they do.

Eventotron is an all-in-one arts management system designed to help festivals or seasons with everything from event registration to brochure production, ticket sales, populating website what’s on sections, keeping in touch with artists, payment processing and settlements.

Eventotron is incredibly flexible and can be used for any arts event with multiple stakeholders. Current usership includes: open-access festivals, touring seasons, curated festivals, lottery based festivals and one-day events.
